Lamb and Apricot Sosaties
Sosaties are South African Lamb kebabs which owe their origins to to the Malay cuisine of the Western Cape. They are firm favourites at any BBQ (braaivleis).
We make our fresh to order from succulent pieces of British Lamb marinaded for 24 hours in our signature spice blend.
We consider these to be about as authentic as you can get outside of South Africa.
